The Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) has notified all its landline customers that the landline telephones will remain non-functional as its UG cables were found stolen.
To restore the said cables will take atleast 3-4 days.
So customers are requested to bear the inconveniences caused, the BSNL authority informed.
Meanwhile, a culprit identified as Md Hassan Ali (21) s/o Md Manigun Hazi of Kwakta Khunou Ward no 4 has been caught red handed by the locality on the spot and handed over to the police, said a press release issued by BSNL.
