Imphal, April 25 2020:
International Peace and Social Advancement (IPSA) will observe "22nd Dark Day" on April 27 at Iboyaima Sumang Lila Shanglen, Palace Compound, Imphal.
Dark Day is observed every year commemorating the British occupation of the Kangla Fort on April 27, 1891, said a statement of IPSA adding that this year observance with less gathering and by following all COVID-19 safety measures advised by
World Health Organisation.
