Kakching, May 20 2017:
Light motor passenger vehicles plying from Kakching district to Thoubal district are not able to convert their paper license to smart card license due to unavailability of proper equipment, conveyed a press release issued today by secretary of The Kha-Maikei Light Vehicle (Passenger) Association.
The association has urged the authorities concerned to abstain the drivers/ vehicles from any problem relating to license.
