Father-in-law clarifies

Imphal, January 30 2014:
Reacting to the report of a young housewife who died from electric shocks under suspicious manner at Kontha Ahallup on January 25, the father-in-law of the deceased woman denied any foul play in the incident as charged by the family members of the woman.
Talking to media persons at Manipur Press Club, Thoi's father-in-law Keisham Thoiba said that the deceased woman Thoi (18) was married to his son Kullachandra (24) on November 10 last year.
The couple was quite happy and there was no conflict between them.
Moreover, they (in-laws) treated her like their own daughter with much love and affection.
Thoi was electrocuted accidentally while charging her mobile phone.
There was no foul play in her death, he clarified.
