BJYM submits memorandum

Imphal, November 05 2014:
A team of BJYM Manipur Pradesh met Union Minister of State for Home Affairs Kiren Rijiju on November 3 at 12.30 pm in his office at North Block, New Delhi.
The team comprised 3 members namely; O.Malesh Singh, Y.Gojendra (Gopi) Singh, Kh.
Basanta Singh, president and vice presidents of Bharatiya Janata Yuva Morcha.
A memorandum urging the Union Home Ministry to immediately and effectively take appropriate measures to permanently tackle the frequent racial discriminatory attacks on North Easterners in Delhi, increase of police personnel from North East in Delhi police, setting up of a separate/special police station of Delhi police to deal with crime and creating of better awareness of the North East among the people of India by including special focus areas on lifestyle, culture etc of the North East people in school syllabi by CBSE, etc, the statement added.
