Imphal, February 27 2017:
A 3-day training programme on Know Your Customer, Prevention of Money Laundering & Customer Protection and another 3 days training programme on Developing Primary Agricultural Cooperative Societies (PACS) into Multipurpose Societies concluded today at Institute of Cooperative Management (ICM) at Lamphelpat in Imphal.
Speaking at the function Principal Secretary (Cooperation) BB Sharma said that bank employees have to provide efficient services to the customers.
He said, PACS should work towards increasing farm productivity and income.
Dr N Ranjana, director of ICM said that such training will impart the beneficiaries on the benefits they can avail from their respective bank.
The training was conducted under the sponsorship of Regional Office of National Bank for agricultural and Rural Development (NABARD), Imphal.
