The All
Manipur Bengali Students'
Union (AMBSU) has submit-
ted a memorandum to the Chief
Minister and Education Minis-
ter demanding implementation
of the provisions of Section 29
(2) (f) of the Right of Children
to Free and Compulsory Edu-
cation (RTE) Act, 2009.
It appealed to the authority
concerned to include mother
tongue or child's language in
the National curriculum
framework so that provision
of Section 29 (2)(f) of RTE
Act 2009 may be implemented in the State.
