The noted singer Chongtham Kamala was elected as new president of Nongmaithem Pahari Memorial Trust (NPMT).

Pallel attack condemned by LNS
Luwang Nonghum Shang (LNS) has strongly condemned the Pallel attack on religious procession in which one devotee was killed and many others were injured.
