Board of Secondary Education Manipur (BOSEM) has extended the option of offering Additional English for two academic sessions (2015-16 and 2016-17) to the tribal students whose mother tongue is not in the list of curriculum of the Board for Class IX and X .
In a statement, the Board said that such students must submit ST certificate signed by the designated authorities (District Magistrate, Additional District Magistrate concerned) at the time of submission of list of students for registration in Class IX .
