ThoubaL, August 12 2015:
Part of the building of Kakching Wairi Junior High School, Kakching has reportedly collapsed due to the recent flood, reports our correspondent.
Since its construction in 1972, the building has not undergone any major repairing work.
The meeting was later held to discuss the matter and it was attended by the school Headmaster, SMC members, guardians, local leaders and Kakching Ward No 1 Councillor M Brojen who resolved to urge the State Government to initiate repairing work at the earliest so as to enable resumption of normal classes.
