CPI draws attention of IGAR (S)

Imphal, December 07 2015:
Communist Party of India (CPI) Manipur State Council at its executive committee meeting held yesterday at Irawat Bhawan, Imphal condemned the inhuman act of the Assam Rifles officers posted at Khudengthabi, Chandel district.
It urged the IGAR (South) to look into the matter and take appropriate action against the officers involved.
The committee also reiterated its old demand to the Central Government to immediately deploy highway protection forces on the two National Highways of Manipur, according to a press release issued by the secretary of CPI, Manipur.
