Imphal, November 07 2015 :
A team of the Association of Premier State College Seniors (APSCS) called on Govern-ment of India's interlocutor RN Ravi during his visit to the State capital a few days back and made a strong point not to do anything that may disturb the territorial integrity of Manipur.
Speaking to media persons at DM College campus today, APSCS secretary Dr AK Chisti asked as to why the Government of India is refusing to produce a white paper on the protracted political dialogue if GoI is com- mitted to safeguard Manipur's territorial integrity.
Citing Manipur's small territorial size, the Government of India did everything not to grant Statehood.
It was only after sustained civil movement that Manipur was granted Statehood.
RN Ravi was asked the likely results of balkanising a tiny State like Manipur.
In response, RN Ravi assured that the Naga peace accord would not affect territorial integrity of Manipur, Dr Chisti conveyed.
