Yairipok Keithel wore a deserted look due to
the 13 hours cease work strike called by JCILPS.
Most of the ve-
hicles, other than emergency services, remained off the road during
the strike.
Pro-ILPS activists blocked roads and burnt tyres at dif-
ferent places under the district.
Schools and Government
establishments, however, remained opened during the stir.
