State lad tops in Mizoram

Imphal, May 03 2018:
Manipur made a mark in the HSLC examination conducted by the Mizoram Board of School Education (MBSE), the result of which was declared today.
Even as Mizoram set a sort of record by registering a pass percentage of 76.65, a boy from Manipur, Royal Philem son of Philem Opendro Singh, did the State proud by securing the first position with 477 total marks out of 500 with letter marks in English, Maths, Science, Social Science and Alternative English.
Royal Philem of Mount Carmel School, Aizawl, came joint first with another student Lalremsiama Darchhun.
