Swachhata hi Seva campaign at MU

As a part of "Swachhata Hi Sewa" campaign, the National Service Scheme (NSS) Cell, Manipur University conducted a cleanliness drive in the varsity campus, under the leadership of Vice-Chancellor Prof Adya Prasad Pandey.
All the NSS volunteers, students, research scholars, faculty members and officers of the university actively participated in the cleanliness drive programme .
Addressing the gathering, Prof Adya Prasad Pandey urged NSS Programme Officers, Coordinators, volunteers to take oath for cleaning the surrounding, locality, and society.
Good initiative for good cause is the basic objective of sewa.
Irrespective of power, position and designation, voluntarily everybody must actively participate in the social service activities .
Near about 300 volunteers, Programme Officers, and Coordinators of Manipur University and different colleges took oath to fulfil the mission of Swachhta Hi Sewa by continuing the cleaning drive at different localities and regions.
