NCC cadets fly microlight Aircraft

Bishnupur, October 19 2021:
As a part of the NCC training for the students of Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya (JNV), Bishnupur, Air Wing cadets flew Microlite Aircraft (Virus SW-80) as co-pilot under the guidance of No 1 Manipur Air Squadron (Flying) NCC commanding officer M Herojit Singh on Tuesday.
A press release issued by JNV associate NCC officer Dr Arambam Birajit informed'that during the flight training, all the cadets were trained to control take off, banking, turning, up and down, etc.
Such flying exposure will inspire the students of JNV Bishnupur to become fighter pilot in future, it said.
