Imphal, March 23 2015:
The United Naga Council (UNC) has appealed to the kidnappers of YK Daniel Thangal s/o YK Aking (33) of M Ningthoupham village to release him safe and sound on humanitarian ground.
In a statement, UNC said his (the kidnapped man) family members, relatives, near and dear ones and the entire village greatly felt his absence.
They have been eagerly waiting with heavy heart for his safe return.
YK Daniel Thangal was kidnapped on March 18 around 9.30 pm near Thanglong Akutpa village.
He is one of the labourers in the construction of RCC bridge near Thanglong Akutpa village, the UNC statement said.
