Trees planted

Imphal, September 06, 2013:
Sagolband Constituency Progressive Committee has planted around 450 saplings of Ashoka and palm trees across Sagolband AC especially along the Wahengbam leikai to Keishampat Road and Wahengleikai to Tera Road on National Highway 53. The trees were taken from a private nursery at an approximate cost of Rs 60,000 which will be covered from the local area fund of MLA RK Imo Singh.
The planting of saplings participated by all people from various localities was conducted in tune with the policy of the Govt and the Chief Minister who wants and desires a green Manipur.
