Imphal, August 22 2016:
The All Manipur Written Test Successful Candidates of Manipur Police Constable (Male) 2013 have threatened to thwart the fresh recruitment process scheduled to be held on August 30 at MPTC Pangei.
Speaking to media persons at Manipur Press Club here today, All Manipur Written Test Successful Candidates of Manipur Police Constable (Male) 2013 spokesman Md Zaheer Khan urged the Government to revoke their decision to cancel the earlier recruitment process and hold a fresh one.
Holding a fresh recruitment process rather than declaring results of the recruitment process held earlier is nothing but spoiling the career prospects of the odd 10287 candidates.
All Manipur Written Test Successful Candidates of Manipur Police Constable (Male) 2013 and their guardians vehemently condemn the Government's awkward and irresponsible decision, he said.
The Government should revoke its decision of holding a fresh recruitment process by August 25 and results of the recruitment process held earlier should be declared on the same day.
If the candidates who took part in the earlier recruitment process are found participating in the recruitment process scheduled on August 30, the Government and the candidates themselves should be held accountable for whatever untoward incident resulting thereof.
All Manipur Written Test Successful Candidates of Manipur Police Constable (Male) 2013 and their guardians would hold a meeting at Sagolband Bijoy Govinda ground at 9 am tomorrow, Zaheer said.
While appealing to all the candidates and their guardians to attend the meeting, Zaheer said that they will not take responsibility for candidates who fail to attend the meeting.
