Top position holders speak their minds Chooses civil service

Third position holder of HSLC Exam 2015 Victoria Ngangbam of Langol Housing Complex has expressed strong disappoint-ment over the State's adminis- trative system.
She said that she would like to join civil services and rectify some of the administrative lapses.

"Despite all the disturbances caused by bandhs and blockades, I read six to seven hours in a day in addition to going for private tuition", Victoria said.
Victoria's mother Anoubam Kiranmala and father Ngangbam Bonobir said that their daughter was able to achieve such a spectacular success because they have been monitoring her closely every single day.
They said that they would like Victoria to complete Class XII from COMET School.
