The High Court of Manipur has fixed October 25 for hearing the argument on whether the bail objection filed by the State Government should be allowed to be furnished to the counsels of three former Chief Secretaries, who have been named in the FIR lodged in connection with the MDS scam .
The date for the hearing was fixed by Acting Chief Justice, High Court of Manipur, N Kotiswar, regarding the anticipatory bail plea filed by the three former Chief Secretaries and the interim order passed by the Court earlier .
The anticipatory bail application filed by Oinam Nabakishore (case number 22 of 2017), PC Lawmkunga (case number 23 of 2017) and DS Poonia (case number 25 of 2017) through their counsels were listed as item number 2,3 and 4 respectively before Court 2 of Acting Chief Justice N Kotiswar today .
