Ram Madhav stated that BJP would take on both Congress and NPF and leave no stone unturned to ensure that the party emerge victorious in the 11th Manipur Legislative Assembly election.
The Congress Government has been looting the people of Manipur for the past 15 years.
Even though the people of Manipur did not know about the Congress Government's misrule, people are now fully aware about all the wrongdoings of the Congress party, he said.
Radhabinod Koijam stated that many of the issues plaguing contemporary Manipur were direct or indirect outcomes of the Congress Government's misgover-nance.
He then asserted that there should be a pro-people Government in Manipur and a vibrant party like BJP should be elected to power.
BJP has been working to bring all-round development across the country.
Even though it is said that a Government is for the people, the incumbent Congress Government is only concerned about the Ministers and the MLAs, Radhabinod said.
People have immense roles to play in a republic and if all the people are fully aware of their rights, a clean Government can be established in the State.
It's time for the people of Manipur to unite and root out the corrupt and incompetent Congress Government, Radhabinod asserted.
The booklet released today listed a number of projects which could not be completed during the 15 years of Congress rule and departmental failures to undertake development programmes.
It also gave brief accounts of extensive graft practices resorted to during recruitment drives, fake encounters committed under the Congress rule, abject failure on law and order front, misgovernance, unemployment etc.
Wangkhei AC ex-MLA Y Erabot, BJP State unit president K Bhabananda, BJP State unit general secretary (administration) MLA Th Biswajit, BJP spokesman N Biren and BJP State election management committee convenor Th Chaoba were also present at the gathering.
