JSCC urges to abolish three exam centres

Along with handing over of the notes seized from students at different centres during the HSLC Exam 2016 to the Secretary of Board of Secondary Education Manipur (BOSEM), the Joint Students' Coordination Committee (JSCC) has urged the BOSEM authority to abolish three private centres.
The JSCC urged the Secretary of BOSEM, Ch Sarat to abolish private centres�Pujari High School, Khanga- bok, Heirok Higher Secondary School and Sawombung High School.
The JSCC submitted a representation in this regard today.
The Secretary gave written assurance to JSCC that their demand will be looked into by April.
Meanwhile, addressing media persons later in the day, JSCC convener Jayentakumar Khuman said that unfair means were rampant in the three exam centres during the just concluded HSLC exams.
He strongly demanded fitting actions against the three centres.
He also warned of launching intense agitation if the demand of the JSCC is not fulfilled within April as assured by the BOSEM Secretary.
