Amongst other the programme was attended by many social workers, students' leaders, intellectuals, villages' headmen, Pastors and others from various communities of the areas.
In the side line of the meeting, KSO secretary of education and statistic said that the felicitation programme was taken up every year since 1997 when the KSO (U) was established and each year the pass percentage of the students in HSLC and HSSLC was increasing since then and this is indeed a blessing for the students because before the establishment of the KSO many children did not go to school due to lack of financial support and encouragement from the parents as well as elders and village leaders.
