It said that the insensitivity of the power that be is once again reflected in the delay tactics of the Govt in distributing relief materials.
For long, the Govt of Manipur has wilfully neglected Khousabung District Council Constituency.
As such, the area has today become one of the most backward regions of Manipur.
The KSDCC once again called for immediate creation of Khousabung Sub- Division in order to address development issues and to right the historical wrongs of the past.
"We will strive and continue the people's movement for creation of Khousabung Sub Division till our dreams and goals are met by the Government of Manipur," it affirmed.
