The JAC also submitted memoranda to the Chief Minister, MLA Wangjing Tentha AC and Thoubal DC clearly stating their demand that the body would not be claimed the culprits are arrested.
One of the locals in the sit-in said the victim and his friends were on his way to Wangjing-Wangkhei Leikai to give awareness on free and fair election on March 4 when he was shot by Haobam Rajen and his son Rakesh, she alleged.
