CM reaches out to voters of 8 Constituencies

Kakching, April 03 2019:
Chief Minister N Biren Singh has lauded the people of the eight Constituencies of Outer Manipur Parliamentary Constituency, who can cast their vote but cannot contest in the Lok Sabha elections, adding that the BJP will work tirelessly for the people belonging to the said Constituencies to the best of its abilities.
He conveyed that the BJP will look into the tasks and responsibilities of the MP and MLAs for the welfare of the people in the eight Constituencies.
He made the statement during a one day political convention, organised by BJP Kakching Mandal in connection with the 17th Lok Sabha election at CESCA Hall, Kakching Ningthou Leikai today.
The Chief Minister lauded the people of the said 8 Constituencies and mentioned that if the people of these eight Constituencies did not cast their vote as they were not allowed to contest in the election, the State would have been in a completely different condition now.
He further maintained that it is the decision of the people of these Constituencies, including Kakching, that has kept the State intact.
Meanwhile, BJP candidate of 2-Outer Manipur Parliamentary Constituency H Shokhopao alias Benjamin Mate appealed to the people to cast their votes in his favour and assured that he will follow the positive priciples of the Biren led Government and work for the welfare of the people.
The conveniton was also attended MLA of Kakching AC Y Surchandra, Kakching Municipal Council Chairperson N Sanjitkumar, Up-Adhyaksha Md Nazimudin and BJP Kakching Mandal president Ksh Chaoba.
