Tangkhul CSOs, villagers laud CM

The Tangkhul Naga Aze Longphang (TNAL), Tangkhul Naga Zingsho Longphang (TNZL) and the villagers of New Tusom expressed their profound gratitude to the Chief Minister N Biren Singh, Education Minister Rajen Singh, HAC chairman, Leishiyo Keishing and MLA Khashim Vashum for upgrading Kamjong High School and New Tusom Frontier High School to Higher Secondary.
As per a release issued by the Civil Society Organisations, the enthusiastic effort of the present BJP led Government to bring development in hill districts of the State has been proven and seen by the people.
The Civil Society Organisations stated that the upgrade would benefit the students living in the remote border villages of both Ukhrul and Kamjong districts.
It also mentioned that upgrading of the schools have been a long cherished dream of the rural community for many years to cater their children' education.
The upgradation to Higher Secondary in the far flung areas would ease the financial burden of the parents during this crucial time of pandemic.
The villagers of New Tusom further assured to cooperate and support the State Government in its effort to bring development and ensure peace & tranquillity in the State.
