The Minister further said that work order for the construction of some sections the highway had been given to HN Company earlier.
However, the said work order was cancelled as the State Government was not satisfied with the progress and quality of the work executed by the company.
A case is still pending in the Court in this regard.
However, sensing the inconvenience of the people, the State Government started construction of the highway by earmarking Rs 7 Crore.
Responding to a query, PWD Chief Engineer Lokendra said that necessary complaint would be made to related Union Ministries regarding construction of speed breakers by security forces at different points on National Highways of the State.
Although it is not done in other parts of the country, security forces construct speed breakers near their camps and posts for security checks in the State.
