Three dupesters pulled up

Three non-Manipuris who deal in cosmetic items have been pulled up by volunteers of Joint Committee Inner Line Permit System for alleged trade malpractices.
Speaking to newspersons at its Nongmeibung Nambam Chuthek office today, Committee convenor H Ibotombi Khuman said based on information about some traders duping customers by selling cosmetic items above the printed rate by putting false price tag a Committee team enquired and subsequently confirmed such unhealthy trade practice.
He also identified the three traders pulled up from a Thangal Bazar alley as Raja Kumar (28) s/o Bishwanath Sahu of Telipati, Sajol Dey (28) s/o (L) Mohan Dey of Saiton, presently staying at Thangal bazar, and Sanjay Saha (30) s/o Chane Saha of Ara in Bihar but residing in Governor's Road.
Ibotombi claimed that these traders were caught red-handed selling cosmetic items such as VI-John Saffraon Fairness Cream, and VI-John Skin Fairness cream Saffron E Gold in the range of Rs 130 per piece contrary to the company's price rate of Rs 40 .
The convenor also informed that these creams are products of a reputed firm called Maja Personal Care Company.
