Grinder Muivah condoled

The NSCN (IM) has deeply condoled the sudden and untimely demise of Grinder Muivah at Delhi today due to heart failure.
He was 57 .
In a statement the outfit said that in 1995, the Government of India proposed his name to be a "Go between" for the Indo-Naga political dialogue to which the NSCN agreed.
Since then he has been passionately engaged in coming to a logical conclusion to the Indo-Naga political imbroglio.
"It is hard to accept the fact that he is no more with us at this crucial juncture," said the statement.
He will always be fondly remembered, said NSCN (IM) and prayed for the departed soul to rest in eternal peace.
The outfit also shared the pain of the family at this time of sorrow.
The Naga Political Leaders' Forum Manipur on behalf of all Naga politicians and Naga public expressed shock and anguish on the sudden and untimely demise of Grinder Muivah at MAX Hospital, Delhi today.
Grinder Muivah, a young and dynamic leader, had contributed his lifetime service to the cause of the downtrodden section of the people in general and the tribals and Nagas in particular, a condolence message issued by NPLFM said.
The Nagas/tribals and the weaker section of the society have lost a great leader in the person of Grinder Muivah and the vacuum created by his sudden demise will be hard to fill in the days to come.
The NPLFM shared the pain and sorrow of the bereaved family, near and dear ones and prayed that his soul rest in peace in heavenly abode.
