KNO/KRA (U) award death penalty

Kanggui, February 02 2014:
Kuki Revolutionary Army (Unification), which is under the umbrella of SoO signatory KNO, awarded capital punishment to two of its cadres on January 30 .
Letgoulien Chongloi alias Kenedy of Jangnoi village, Saikul and Janggouthang Chongloi alias JC Michael of Taphou Kuki village were awarded death penalty (capital punishment) for their activities violating constitution of the organization on January 30, said the outfit's Information and Publicity secretary Rohan Khongsai in a statement without disclosing the location of the execution.
Rohan further said that the duo were trying to float a new party by defecting from the outfit along with some sophisticated weapons and contended that they were apprehended on January 30 along with the weapons by the outfit itself and were awarded the befitting punishment.
The secretary also informed all concerned including civil bodies, family members and relatives of the duo not to campaign and organize any activity regarding the incident while advising them to stay away from it failing which KNO/KRA (U) would be constrained to initiate appropriate measures.
The outfit further asserted that it would be not relent from taking suitable steps if any other cadre is found defying constitution of the organization in the future.
