Imphal, March 13 2023: Kanglei Living Arts (KANGLA) Manipur - Uchiwa will organise the 9th Festival of Folk Narrative Arts & Kangla Theatre Marathon-2023 at Uchiwa village in Imphal West district from April 26 to 30 under the financial support of Union Ministry of Culture's Cultural Functions & Production Grant Scheme 2022 .

Issuing a statement in this regard, KANGLA secretary Thounaojam Premjit invited cultural workers, associations and individuals working in the field of culture to participate in the festival.
