BJP intending candidate seeks public mandate

Kh Menjor Mangang, who is the BJP's intending candidate in Khangabok assembly constituency, has urged the people of his constituency to elect BJP candidate so as to ensure development in the constituency.
Speaking at a Booth level meeting for polling station 35/26 organised by BJP Khangabok Mandaland felicitation of 200 new BJP members who previously worked for Congress at Sangaiyumpham on Monday, Menjor urged the people to swim with the changing tide of politics in the state so as to make Khangabok Kendra a developed constituency.
While contending that there is no development in a constituency of opposition MLA, he continued that Congress MLAs left their party and joined BJP because of this reason.
As such, there is every reason for the people to elect a representative from Khangabok AC who can be an MLA of the ruling government or minister, he said.
BJP Thoubal District secretary Th Manglem, Mahila Morcha BJP Thoubal District president L Dhamenti Devi, Yuva Morcha Thoubal District president Th Jiten Singh, Kishan Morcha BJP Manipur Pradesh state secretary Meghachandra Singh, BJP Khangabok mandal general secretary N Ramananda Singh, 35/26 Sangaiyumpham Polling president Md Abdul Satar and Minority Morcha BJP Manipur Pradesh treasurer Md Bahouddin also attended the programme among others.
