RPF denies any link with 3 arrested persons

Imphal, March 13 2023: The proscribed Revolutionary People's Front (RPF) has clarified that the Front and its armed wing People's Liberation Army (PLA) are unrelated with the three individuals said to have been arrested by security forces on March 12 .

According to a statement issued by its assistant publicity secretary Bangkim, RPF and PLA are unrelated with Ayekpam Abi (40) alias Rabi and his elder brother Ayekpam Kumarjit (46) son of A Ibomcha of Kakwa Nameirakpam Leikai Bini Leirak, who were arrested by a combined team of Thoubal police commando and 16 AR on March 12 .

The statement further denied its relation with Konjengbam Abinas (24) alias Ibungo son of K Inaocha of Lairenjam Awang Leikai, who too was arrested by security forces on March 12 .
