CNE on trauma, critical care held

A training programme on "Continuing Nursing Education (CNE) on Trauma & Critical Care Nursing: A Sentinel in time of Global Pandemic" was held at the RIMS Jubilee Hall, here on Thursday.
A release by RIMS media advisor N Phillip Singh said the CNE programme organised by College of Nursing, RIMS was inaugurated by RIMS director Prof A Santa Singh, who also delivered a speech on 'Trauma & Critical Care during COVID-19 Global Pandemic'.
Among others, National Institute of Nursing Education, PGIMER, Chandigarh associate professor Dr Manju Dhandapani, RIMS head of psychiatry department Prof RK Lenin Singh, CON RIMS associate professor LC Mala and CON RIMS lecturer S Silbia Devi also elaborated on Emergency & Triage of Trauma Patients, Psychological aspect of Trauma & COVID-19, impact of COVID-19 in children and its nursing management and management of pregnant women in COVID-19 pandemic respectively.
The inauguration programme was also attended by all the faculties, staff and students, added the release.
