Mutual understandings and cooperation between the concerned authority and education staff is necessary to make the mission successful.
Mere policy without action is meaningless, the Minister added.
He said that SCERT is a one of the major educational departments that gives proper training to the teachers who are responsible to impart proper and quality education to the students.
It is just like the head of a train.
So the responsibility of the SCERT officers and staff is big.
There must be sincere and dedicated service in order to achieve its objectives, he added.
He said that, due importance initiated by the Indian Government on education should be acknowledged by all.
Being a poor State, parents find it hard to afford for their children for getting education from private English medium schools.
As a result Government schools need to be focused for providing mass education.
For quality education the role of teachers is very big, he added.
Mentioning about the New National Education Policy, Minister Rajen said that knowing the need of introducing a new reform on education, the Government has introduced this policy and this must be made effective and properly implemented.
He also appealed to all concerned to be ready and cooperate with the new policies of the Government for its effective implementation.
