Meeyamgi Numit in Thoubal from July 15

Meeyamgi Numit, which is an event initiated by the chief minister to address grievances of the public on varied issues will be held at the counting hall of the district's DC office complex with effect from July 15.In a notification, Thoubal district deputy commissioner (DC) A Subash Singh informed that every third Friday of a month has been earmarked as "Meeyamgi Numit".
If the third Friday happens to be a general holiday then the previous working day will be organised as the district Meeyamgi Numit.
For smooth functioning and for better facilitation and coordination a special dedicated Meeyamgi Numit cell has been created.
On the Meeyamgi Numit all the DLOs will be pres ent along with necessary preparation and specific assistance will be given preferably on the same day itself.
As such, Meeyamgi Numit in respect of Thoubal district will be held every 3rd Friday of the month from 9:30 am onwards, informed the DC.
Anyone can send his/her grievances on the dedicated email ID [email protected] at least three days before every 3rd Friday of the month.
