Donation to CMRF, camps continues

Many continue to come forward and make financial contributions to the Chief Min-ister's Relief Fund.
On Friday, Hiyangthang Lairembi Development Seva Committee donated Rs 50,000 while Western College, Konthoujam principal donated Rs 20,000 to the relief fund.
Chief Minister N Biren ex-pressed gratitude to all the in-dividuals and the institutions for generously donating to the CMRF.
It maybe mentioned that any contribution made to the fund will enjoy tax exemption under Section 80G.Meanwhile, Lions Club of Imphal East extended mone-tary aid to relief camps set up for sheltering displaced victims including a sum of Rs 15,000 to !ma Chingjroibi relief camp at Khurai Konsam Leikai, Rs 20,000 to Naorem Birahari Col-lege and Rs 10,000 to Khurai Angom Leikai LP School.
Kabui Mothers' Association Manipur handed over relief items to COCOMI for further distribution to relief centres where displaced victims of the riot are presently taking refuge.
Royal Enfield 650 Club Ma-nipur distributed relief items to relief camps set up at Ha - otak Tampha Khunou, Wangou Popular Ground, Sunusiphai relief camp, Kangmong and Yurembam.
Dr Th Babina wife of health & IPR minister Dr S Ranjan Singh along with BJP Konthoujam Ma-hila also distributed relief mate-rials including edibles, clothes and utensils at Konthoujam Ju-nior High School, Konthoujam Makha Leikai relief camp.
