Consultation on drug menace begins

Imphal, June 20 2022:
The 3.5 Collective inaugurated a two-day long multi-stakeholder consultation on drug menace for the second time at the Sangai Hall of Hotel Imphal Classic, here on Monday.
On the first day of the consultation, a panel discussion was held on varied topics.
Retired IAS RK Nimai acted as moderator for the panel discussion held on the topic of 'Strengthening Prevention'; while Human Right Law Network Manipur director Meihoubam Rakesh moderated the panel discussion on 'Arrest of person in ND&PS case, investigation and prosecution'.
KRIPA society president Hijam Dineswar acted as the moderator for the panel discussion held on the topic 'Strengthening Treatment' .
During the second day of the consultation on Tues day, The 3.5 Collective convenor Babloo Loitongbam will act as the moderator for the panel discussion on 'Drug User: Victim or criminal of Drug Menace'; while United NGOs Mission Manipur secretary U No-bokishore will moderate the panel discussion on 'Role of society in responding To menace oi Drugs' .
