Govt asked to terminate service of rogue teachers

Federal Students' Organisation Kangleipak (FESOK) has appealed to authorities concerned for terminating the service of teachers who have no interest in teaching the students.
Speaking to media persons at its office located at Kakwa Naorem Leikai on Monday, FESOK president Romesh Ningthouja pointed out that it has been striving for bring ing positive changes in schools and colleges.
As a part of its activities, the student body inspected several schools and colleges across the state and found that some teachers had not reported for duty in their respective schools for more than four months.
While reiterating the demand for termination of service of such teach ers who are not committed to their assigned task of moulding careers of the students, Romesh urged the authorities to recruit teachers who have genuine interest to teach the students and contribute their mite towards promotion of quality education in the state.
