BSG trekkers visit Angaan Ching Eco Park

A team of 81 Bharat Scouts and Guides (BSG) trekkers along with officials who left on foot from Imphal to Kakching on November 27 as part of Nature Study Tour visited Angaan Ching Eco Park, Kakching on Tuesday.
In a release, according to a member of Alliance for Development Alternatives-Manipur (ADAM), Kakching, during the visit, Bharat Scouts and Guides, North East Regional Head Quarters, Guwahati assistant director Analendra Sarma also planted a memorial tree at Angaan Ching Eco Park, North Block.
A welcome ceremony for the trekkers was organised by ADAM at Gulapyaima and Noutana Memorial Complex which was attended by ADAM secretary Surjit Kshetrimayum and retired teacher M Mukunda Singh, who first introduced the Scouts & Guides movement in Kakching district.
The release mentioned that one 'Yes SHE T-Shirt' each was also gifted to the youngest girl and boy trekkers of the team by the ADAM secretary.
