Fit India Plog run organised

Under the aegis of 113 BSF Battalion Commandant Hidam Subol, a cleanliness drive was carried out at TAC HQs, Loktak and CI posts as part of Azadi ka Amrit celebration on Friday, along with conduct of a Fit India Plog Run.
According to a statement released by 113 BSF Battalion deputy Commandant KC Yadav, plastic and other kinds of waste were collected from NHPC gate to Loktak Canal, NH-150 route to Kom Keirap, Manipur Assembly complex to Cheirao Ching Hill View Point No 2, Wangjing Tekcham Leikai to Heituppokpi, Heirok Chingdompok Ching, Torbung Bangalow, Tuirong Peace ground, DD Station Churacnandpur and Gangpimol areas and disposed them properly.
The troopers of the Battalion also took a pledge for protecting the surrounding areas.
On the other hand, 69 CRPF organised Fit India Freedom run 2.0 as part of Azadi ka Amrit celebration on Friday.
Battalion commandant Bajrang Lai flagged off the run from the Battalion headquarters.
In all 200 officers and troopers of the unit took part in the run.
