Felicitation ceremonies held at various places

Bpr/Kak/Kpi/Thb, July 31 2022: Kuki Students' Organization Gunpi block today organised a felicitation cum career guidance programme for students who secured first division in the recently declared results of HSLC and HSE 2022 at New Keiphom village community hall.

KSO Gungpi block informed that the programme was organized with great efforts and public support in the larger interest of the student community.

It was attended by Holminthang Lhungdim, Advocate; Lunthang Vaiphei, OC, Sugnu Police Station; and Dominic Khual, catechist St Joseph's Parish, Sugnu among others.

The student body appreciated the parents, teachers, elders, chiefs, Church leaders, cognate sister organisations and its district executives for their cooperation and presence.

BISHNUPUR
Development & Protection United Voluntary Organisation also organised a felicitation ceremony to honor meritorious students of Nambol area who secured more than 70 percent in the recently declared results of Class X and XII examinations conducted by BOSEM & COHSEM today at Nambol Keithel.

It was attended by Education Minister, Th Basantakumar Singh; COHSEM Chairman, Dr Chingabam Sarat Singh; BOSEM Chairman, Akham Joykumar Singh; Development & Protection United Voluntary Organisation advisors, Tekcham Ibochou, Mongjam Ibohal, Yumnam Nabakeshore and Dr Kh Shamungou.

During the event, a total of 200 students (HSLC-187, HSE-13) were felicitated.

KAKCHING
Students' Library Association (SLA) Kakching today organised the 22nd SLA Award Presentation cum Felicitation programme at the auditorium of Grace Cottage Cultural and Educational Development Foundation.

It was attended by Kakching AC MLA, M Rameshwar Singh; GCC & EDF founder Ksh Chaoba and P Shampha as presidium members.

South Eastern Sporting Union (SESU) Kakching also organised a felicitation ceremony for meritorious students at JNNURM Hall in Kakching Sumak Leikai today.

Similarly, Sena Athlete Organisation (SAO), Kakching also conducted a similar function at Community Hall, Kakching Wairi Salam Leikai.

THOUBAL
Thoubal AC MLA, O Ibobi and Khangabok AC MLA, O Surjakumar today felicitated Chingkheinhanba Athokpam for winning Bronze medal at the recently concluded 54th Asia Bodybuilding and Physique Sports Championship, 2022 held at Maldives.

During the reception programme held at the official quarter of Thoubal AC MLA in Babupara, the MLAs presented gifts to Chingkheinhanba Athokpam and wished him success in all his future endeavors.

Chingkheinhanba Athokpam is the son of Sanjiv Kumar and Athokpam Ongbi Subhashini from Thoubal Athokpam.
