JD (U) Govt inevitable: Ramprit Mandal

Asserting that a JD (U)-led government is inevitable in the state after the ensuing election, Lok Sabha MP and Manipur in-charge Ramprit Mandal has assured of solving the problems faced by people of Khangabok A/C including poor road conditions, health and edu cation sector.
Addressing a public meeting of JD (U) candidate in Khangabok A/C Thokchom Jadumani held at Khangabok TDC ground on Tuesday, Ramprit Mandal said that Janata Dal United led by Bihar CM Nitish Kumar is the only party that considers the welfare of women, children and students seriously.
Since the party formed the government in Bihar, 50 per cent of the seats in local body election have been reserved for women, all the necessary requirements for education are provided free of cost and a stipend of Rs 10,000 to Rs 50,000 given to students.
Pointing out that Manipur is leading in education, sports, culture and other fields, he said that positive changes is imminent if a JD (U) government is formed.
The meeting was also attended by Lok Sabha (Bihar) MP Sunilkumar Pintu, JDU national general secretary Afaque Ahamed Khan, members and pradhan of Khangabok Zilla Parishad, Th Jadumani and JDU Khangabok vice president M Rameshor Singh.
