Distribution of relief items continues

Many continue to provide relief items amid the grim situation of COVID-19 pandemic in the State to ease the burden of the general public who are going through a rough phase.
Khurai
Social worker, Khagokpam Khamba extended monetary aid and distributed edible items and items like grass cutter etc to around 356 households of 25 different localities and 4 local clubs in Khurai Assembly Constituency.
It may be noted that he has been helping the locals affected by COVID-19 to ease their burden during this difficult time of the ongoing pandemic.
Kh Khamba also appealed to all to strictly follow the Covid SOPs and guidelines issued by the Government and to get vaccinated to stay protected from COVID-19 pandemic.
Kshetrigao
Intending candidate in the upcoming State Assembly Election from Kshetrigao Assembly Constituency, Sheikh Noorul Hassan alias Sanayai in association with members of local clubs, polling committees and meira paibis distributed essential items to households in Polling No 4/37 today adhering to Covid SOPs.
The items were distributed at the ground of Nongpok Lamjing Naharol in Polling No 4/37.The essential items were also distributed to households in Polling No 4/38 Naharup B.Under 'Afaba Esing Fanghallasi Mission', water was provided to the locals of 4/32 Khergao Makha Leikai apart from the distribution of relief items.
Moirang and Sangaiyumpham
With an aim to provide some relief to the people amid this grim situation of COVID-19 pandemic, the Reformist Students Front (RSF) has been distributing relief items to the underprivileged section of the society.
In continuation of such an initiative, under the aegis of RSF Head Office, edible items were distributed to underprivileged households of different localities at Moirang and Sangaiyumpham today, said a statement.
Further the Reformist Students Front (RSF) assured of serving the people of the State in the best possible way.
On the other hand, COVID-19 Task Force of Ward No 9 in Keishamthong Assembly Constituency distributed face masks and drinking water bottles and sanitised those who came to Kekrupat to pay homage to the martyrs of the Great June Uprising Day today.
The initiative has been carried out with an aim to contain the further spread of COVID-19 on the occasion of the Great June Uprising Day.
