Five tested, zero new case, 34 jabbed

Imphal, December 20 2022:
As the Covid-19 pandemic gradually phases out with occasional report of new cases once in a while, the number of new samples tested for the contagion also dropped significantly.
Only five samples were tested on Tuesday without yielding any positive results making it the sixth day in a row to have zero new cases.
Without any recovery, the number of active cases in the state also remains constant at 2.Both active cases are in home isolation.
No death case was reported in the last 24 hours and the toll stands at 2149 including seven CAPF personnel.
So far, the virus has infected 1,39,922 individuals including 5,022 CAPF personnel.
In the last 24 hours, 34 vaccine doses were administered and it took the cumulative number of vaccinated population to 16,48,658 people, out of which 13,37,927 had received the second dose and 2,79,095 taken precautionary doses.
