TechBee training prog from May 30

Imphal, May 27 2022:
Thoubal district administration in partnership with Ms Hindustan Computer Limited (HCL) would be organising a skill development training programme in IT sector called 'TechBee'.
According to a notification issued by DC Thoubal A Subhash, the state government has included skill development in IT sector under its '100 Action Points for first 100 Days' programme with an aim to provide high quality skilled human resources to cope up with the increasing demands of the IT industries in and outside the state.
The initiative has been taken up in anticipation of Manipur becoming the central point of focus for entire North East and South East Asia and keeping in view of the abundant talented human resources in the state.
The government selected HCL Technologies as the partner for skill training and employment of candidates who have completed Class XII from the state through 'TechBee' - an Early Career Programme of HCL, which is an exclusive job programme for individuals looking for a full-time job after completing Class XII.
Under the programme, candidates will undergo 12 months of training for entry-level IT jobs.
On successful completion of the training, candidates will be employed in full time jobs with HCL.
The notification informed all concerned that the Tech Bee training programmes in respect of Thoubal, Kakching, Chandel, and Tengnoupal districts will be launched from May 30 at the barrack hall of the mini secretariat, DC Office Thoubal at 9.30 am by HCL TSS (Training & Staffing Services).
