As follow up to mass testing, mass vaccination programme has been taken up in coordination with DC Imphal West and the programme will be taken up at 14 different places clubbing two/three localities of Patsoi and each vaccination centre is targeting to vaccinate 300 people daily.
The vaccination programme will be directly supervised by SDO Patsoi and SDC Patsoi to make it successful and healthcare workers are taking responsibility, Mirabai added.
While appealing to people to get their COVID-19 vaccine timely without any fear and apprehension as this will make the state free from the virus, Mirabai also urged people to follow government issued SOPs and observe Covid appropriate behaviour to get rid of the virus.
Residents of Taobungkhok Awang Leikai, Mayai Leikai and Makha Leikai will be inoculated at the community hall vaccination centre.
