Imphal, September 11 2022:
While accusing the interim president of Manipur People's Party (MPP) of dictating terms and violating the party's constitution, former general secretary of MPP SK Moirangcha has urged concerned members to wait for the court order.
Addressing a press meet regard at Manipur Press Club here on Sunday, SK Moirangcha said that the CEO approved 96 members for conducting election of the party but the interim president forced his way to add 18 additional members to win the election.
A case is pending in the court in this regard and once the court declares its verdict the matter will be resolved, he said.
He also charged the interim president of expelling party members, who are against him and said that any order issued by the interim president will not hold any validity in the party.
